Last weekend

It was a very nice afternoon on last saturday, we strolled around the fairmont park, behind philadelphia museum area. After eating out here and there, it was lots. ( to the mall, frozen yogurt, ikea's yogurt, and finally indonesian restaurant for our early dinner in south philly, it is our favorite place!, sky cafe )
It felt so relieved to walk around to get rid some of the calories from the day.

So happy with the weather after a long hot summer days with those heat wave ;)

It was raining the whole day on sunday, we chose to stay at home , knit and crochet ( my latest obsession which taking all my time now), watching, laughing and snacking on popcorn, cakes, and mango; and i made pizza for hubby's dinner while i finished our mie rebus from yesterday one. What a weekend full of foods, again! :) Oh well, we just love the rainy day.

Popcorn

2 tbsp vegetable oil, and half cup of Cornell corn.
heat the pan, put the oil and corn, close the lid, and leave it until all pop out ;D

Pizza Thin Crust Dough
taken from food.com,

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 package active dry yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
1/2-1 tbsp olive oil
cornmeal for sprinkling

a little sugar into the warm water, put in yeast and leave it for 10 mins, in a large bowl, combine flour, salt and olive oil, then pour the yeast into the bowl, combine all together; knead until the dough moderately stiff, smooth and elastic; add flour if needed; cover and let it rest for 30 mins, voila! the dough is done, enough for 2 pizza.
