Eating Out, IHOP

My second time to IHOP ( first one was back in 2007 in LA), and first time for Steve.
I was craving for their pancakes so bad since weeks ago,
after begging and persuaded him, we went there last saturday ( snowed day, and the plan was still go on).

Love their hot chocolate, felt like a homemade one, totally a great drink for the cold day.
