We had fun when snow hit Philly last week. Playing around the museum to see the Boat House ( our favorite place here ). I would say it was a bit similar to Boston when we visited last December. Steve told me that it's been 2 or 3 years since their last snow, luckily it was only thin snow around 2,5 inches. It's snowy outside since early in the morning and we will get more snow tomorrow, weather channel said it will be icy. Too much snow it's not good, isn't it? But I love to see a white thin layer over the ground and trees, beautiful. Very beautiful... Oya, the alteration..when I put the gown on me again..I really think this is it the one, I have no more doubt about this. Absolutely this is one for me. I am happyyyy :) The place for alteration is not far from Central Park, therefore we had a walk in the park after that. Took some pictures, and enjoyed the winter scenery. Cheap getaway, but I'd love to go there again :) What I like the most, ate Pinkberry in the coldest winter...hauahuhau... ;p Don't read any business news now, it drives you insane. So many shocking news. Recession is already hit UK, and I am pretty sure people are worry about this deep depression more and more now. Lay off is every where, and who can guarantee that everybody has a safe position in their job? Personally, I am blaming this to the accounting and financial regulations, because people is manipulating their position and playing around with the regulation. You make the regulation then you break it! It's a nature in this universe, then all the CEO fall deep into their own tricks. Yeah right, using others money for their own pleasures....muahuaha...seems corruption is never ending. I hate to tell this but when I read John Thain spent $1.22 million of company money for redecorated his office, including $87,000 for a rug, $1,400 for a trash can and $35,000 for a "commode with legs." I feel like an intelligent people just don't know how to spent money wisely. Who doesn't like expensive stuffs? I do like it so much, but hey who would buy trash can for $1,400? You can pay that for one week salary for the employee whom got laid off, who have their family crying for them, worry about their life. Then now, he said he will repay the decorating costs, but still..people already has their judgments towards him. What kind of person treats other people's money like this? ' He's not the only one, he's just one of them...one of them. I would say EQ is more important than IQ. Higher IQ does not mean they know what to do, know how to behave, know what it their rights or not, and know what it's theirs or not. They are with higher IQ mistakenly judge their selves are better in every aspects, in fact they have a low standard of EQ. I am not saying all of them, but some of them. An excellant leadership knows how to put the position in the interest of company, employees, and the environment, not for his own sake. Ahh...I am started to regret taking accounting as my subject in uni...

we live under the same sky
“To put away aimlessness and weakness, and to begin to think with purpose, is to enter the ranks of those strong ones who only recognize failure as one of the pathways to attainment; who make all conditions serve them, and who think strongly, attempt fearlessly, and accomplish masterfully.”
- James Allen Quotes
